Brigadeiros This mindful experience is a culinary tasting treat, contrasting not only taste but also temperature. Temperature uniquely alters our sensory experience as microscopic channels in our taste buds change the way we perceive taste based on temperature! Matcha green tea on its own brings a complex taste profile to the table, where quality matcha's mellow vegetal notes combine with a natural sweet nuttiness rolled in with a savoury creaminess. Your tea pairing presents opportunity to further play and explore with the 'third flavour' that results from pairing a tea that may compliment or contrast as amino acids from both the tea and the ice cream go rogue across your palette.
