To ensure fairness and efficient reservation management, we have established the following cancellation and no-show fee policy for paid bookings: Cancellation Policy Customers may cancel their reservation up to 24 hours before the scheduled booking time without any penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking time will incur a 15% cancellation fee, deducted from the prepaid amount. No-Show Policy If a customer fails to show up for their reservation without prior notice, the reservation may be forfeited, and the no-show fee will apply.
