Exceptionally elegant RARE vintage Paragon by Appointment English Bone China Tea Cup and Saucer. Beautifully decorated with wild rose type flowers and leaves with a pale blue background and gold etching. Scalloped edges. The cup and saucer are in mint vintage condition.
Stamp on bottom is "PARAGON BY APPOINTMENT HM THE QUEEN & HM QUEEN MARY". Paragon use this mark from 1939 to 1949. Paragon designs were loved by The Queen who regularly requested patterns for use in her own household or occasionally as gifts for others.
