This artisan white tea is exclusively made from first pick leaves following the dormant season. Oxidation is neither promoted, nor inhibited as the leaves are encouraged to simply dry with minimal processing, leaving a beautiful bulky leaves and buds that are succulent and fresh. Its liqueur, light and herbaceous, is vivified by tangy thirst-quenching notes with every so gentle fruity and floral accents. The mouthfeel is soft and silky, and despite being a very light infusion, the sweet and mineral flavours provide some body and a depth that will surprise and delight you!
