Some of the most popular Ceylon Teas come from the Dimbula region. Teas of this region are high grown, an area of extension mountrain ranges with tea gardens above 4000’ producing some of Sri Lanka's most favoured full bodied, black teas. 
Dimbula brews a superb rosy colour, with a vitality that can wake you in the morning, and keep you refreshed all day. BOP stands for broken orange pekoe; a style of cut that lends extra surface area for a stronger cup. It has a slight oaky flavour, with a lovely bright flavour, and just enough tannin to be refreshing and uplifting. In addition, the loose leaf produces an excellent rounded intenseness, and this means that it takes milk very well. This cup is bright, uplifting, lovely round and full bodied.
